Shipping and Delivery
Local Personal delivery 

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order. Items are personally delivered after processing and can take 2-4 days to fulfill an order.

  • Will travel up to 50 miles

  • Delivery days and times: Thursday through Saturday between the hours of 8am-5pm


Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order. Items are shipped after processing and can take 2-4 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3-5 business days after processing and fulfillment

  • There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences. These products are: mugs, stickers, jewelry,backpacks, pillows with stuffing, and hats.

  • Depending on location overnight delivery may be optional for an additional shipping charge.

  • If mass/bulk orders are placed- It could take up to an additional 5 days to process.


If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know some one will be availble.If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number.

Return & Refunds Policy


We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at


Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items,base on store discretion. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

  • Items must be returned in original package and/or its original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed once items is received.

  • Refunds for items and/or return cost are determined by case.
